At The Kitchen Geek, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of food, beverages, and ready-to-eat products, we maintain a strict Refund and Return Policy to ensure product quality and safety.
Returns
For health, hygiene, and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of food products, beverages, or ready-to-eat items once they have been delivered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective or spoiled upon arrival
- Different from the item ordered
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Product unavailable after payment
- Verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product received
- Duplicate payment or billing error
Refund requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and banking institution.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped or prepared for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Opened food products
- Consumed products
- Perishable goods
- Customized or special-order products
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
